This document is the METAMORPHOSES Handbook, a practical companion and core textbook designed specifically to support the project's three-part e-course series: Training, Experimentation, and Transfer of Innovation. The Handbook serves as the essential reference manual, offering in-depth tutorials, concrete tool recommendations (like DAWs, NMP platforms, VR tools, and audio programming languages), and structured workflows that bring the theoretical concepts of the online courses to life. It is structured to mirror the e-course progression, guiding users step-by-step from building foundational digital literacy, to creatively applying tools in performance, and finally to connecting their practice with advanced artistic research. By bridging the gap between online instruction and hands-on implementation, the Handbook empowers educators, performers, and students to translate the project's strategic vision into tangible, digital-enhanced practices
